what the penguins overcome is that they wer going to die because they did not have any food to eat 

the penguins habitat is changes because they have to over come so many thangs that wer so hard for them liek having a baby feding it taking care of it and making shure that it is helty 

the penguins have to adapt to the bad wader to survive and what types are  tear well the wader and they have to look for food and the final won is traing to survive
